PANDA Lounge website – online menu on desktop and mobile

A lounge lives off atmosphere — that had to come across online just as it does in person.

For a shisha and cocktail lounge, the website is often the first impression, before anyone even opens the door. At the same time, the menu — drinks, shishas, snacks — needs to stay current and easy to find, without every change becoming a hassle.

On top of that, a subscription system needed to be integrated to keep regular guests engaged — something that's usually missing entirely from comparable lounge websites.

A website that carries the atmosphere and is still easy to maintain.

Instead of a static menu as a PDF download, we built an online menu directly into the website — in the same dark, atmospheric look as the lounge itself. Since then, price or offer changes can be made without any developer work.

The subscription system was added as its own module, handling memberships and recurring offers — integrated cleanly without affecting load time or design.

Dark, atmospheric, understated — just like the lounge itself.

The design deliberately mirrors the atmosphere on site: dark surfaces, warm accents, large image areas instead of lots of text. The website is meant to make people want to visit, not feel like a form.

From the first click to the reservation enquiry — short paths.

Opening hours, location and menu are reachable without detours. The subscription system is integrated so that interested visitors can get started directly from the homepage, without clicking through several subpages.

More reservations, loyal subscribers, a menu that delivers.

The subscription system now counts 14 active subscribers (as of August 2026) — regulars who stay engaged on an ongoing basis instead of just dropping by occasionally.

Reservations for the beer garden are up 40%, and occupancy in the popular "OKAY" seating area now sits at 95%. The online menu now shows guests real photos of drinks and food before they order, with interactive navigation taking them straight to the product category they're looking for.
