Two locations, one range, one consistent presence.
A bricks-and-mortar fashion retailer with two locations needs an online presence that holds both sides together: the webshop for selling and the website as a showcase for range and brand — without the two contradicting each other or requiring double maintenance.
On top of that, ongoing visibility on social media is essential in fashion retail, where things move fast: new stock, styling ideas and promotions need to be communicated regularly and promptly.
Website, webshop and social media from one hand, not three separate projects.
Instead of managing website, shop and social media separately, all three come together as one package with us — with a shared visual identity and coordinated content. New collections that appear on the website show up on the channels shortly after.
The webshop was built technically so that product upkeep — new items, prices, availability — runs without any developer work.
Clean, bright, product-focused — the range takes centre stage.
The design deliberately steps back behind the range: plenty of white space, large product images, reduced navigation. The focus is on the clothing, not on nested menus.
From feed to cart — short, direct paths.
Social media posts link directly to the matching products in the shop. The checkout process is kept deliberately short to avoid abandoned carts.
Reach tripled, return rate in healthy territory.
The webshop now runs at over 20 orders per month — with a return rate of just 12%, a low and healthy figure for fashion retail.
On social media, reach has grown noticeably: from an initial 24,000 to now over 105,000 followers, with average reach per reel up from around 3,000 to 11,000. The Linz location, originally the smaller of the two, now outperforms the Vienna location thanks to the social media campaigns.
